About Us

More than 25 years ago we opened our first office in Thurmont, and since then have been providing counseling services across central Maryland. Today we have offices in Frederick, Hagerstown and Emmitsburg and offer in-person and virtual sessions. We believe that our clients are able to heal and grow with the help of our practical, gentle, yet direct therapeutic style.
