We accept most major insurances. Some of these include, Aetna, APS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, ComPsych, ChoiceCare, CorpHealth, Humana, InforMed, LifeSynch, MAMSI, Magellen, Managed Health Network, Maryland Medicaid, Multiplan, Optima Behavioral Health, Optimum Choice, PHCS, Sentara, Tricare, Value Options, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care, US Family Health Plan.
The first step to being seen is for you to call our office and let us know which office you’re interested in coming to and whether you have insurance. This helps us serve you more quickly, as we have several mandatory referral programs where insurances are not accepted. You would give us the client’s personal and insurance information (if applicable) (see insurance form for information requested). Also we’ll want to know your preferences, such as what day/times are best for your schedule and do you have a gender preference in your therapist. Once this information is known, we will call the insurance company on your behalf to obtain benefit/coverage information and authorization (as required). We then contact you to discuss your benefit info, expected copays/deductibles, and appointment times. Appointment times/days availability varies by therapist/location, but generally compared to other groups we have a shorter wait time to obtain an appointment.
If it is more convenient and desired, insurance clients can send us their insurance info by clicking the Insurance Form Link. NOTE: To save your time and effort you should call our admin office to confirm there are openings/availability prior to filling out form.
FOR THOSE WITHOUT INSURANCE OR FOR MANDATORY REFERRALS, the rate varies slightly by therapist and program. Obtain more information by contacting our office.
